In todays era also there is lack of equality in leadership among men and women.
The target set up for achieving sustainable enlargement goals in the year 2030. The five sustainable enlargement goals focus on achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls, stopping all kind of brutality against women and girls in every sphere of society, eliminating all harmful practices such as child marriage and female genital mutilation, recognize and appreciate unpaid work of women, ensuring womens participation and opportunities in political leadership and public life. This will derive a change into opinionated and societal norms of the society. The global agenda can only be achieved by raising the perspective of all human kinds therefore, gender inequality to women is a threat to all the sustainable development goals. It has aspect of making every girl and every women count. Every woman deserves a life free from all kinds of discrimination which has been emphasized by our Constitution of India under Article 15, which prohibits all kinds of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth.
