Only for excellent reasons should change be adopted. Even with the best intentions, however, many change efforts fail because the strategy utilized to make the change lacks clear structure, preparation, and timing. People with baccalaureate degrees will be regarded as leaders in their respective work settings and will be able to lead change. Applying the change process individually might help them plan future change implementation tactics. This work was written with the aim of analyzing my own life experience and getting answers to questions that will help in the future to analyze such situations.
This situation happened to me not so long ago; the bottom line is that I was working in pairs for a nursing project to improve my own competence, and there was discord in the team, which led to the division of the project. Each participant decided to carry out their task themselves. I believe that in this situation, both parties could find a compromise and carry out the project together in order to get better results, but the outcome of the situation is the split of the project team.
I believe that when there is an opportunity for a constructive dialogue, one should not decide everything on emotions. There was no need for changes in this situation since both sides could find a compromise or talk about what prevented them from working in a pair. In this way, we would be able to identify the weaknesses of the team and individually everyone in the team and outside of it. This could help in the future with similar projects when it is necessary to create teams and make decisions that will appeal to all members of this team.
The team split led only to negative consequences; the projects were completed at the most deadlines, and the potential of that single project was also lost. I believe that people should unite in teams in order to get the best result for their work because no person is good in all aspects of science: each person is a professional in his field, and together they can create something that, in theory, can help the development of humankind. Teams are created so that people learn to find compromises that are necessary for any relationship with people.
In this case, I came to the point that it would be better to work differently because we tried to start the project several times and nothing worked, but this does not mean that the combination of people is a failure. Not all teams initially work towards a well-coordinated mechanism. Teams must go through difficulties in order to arrive at the ideal course of action for them. However, in this case, the parties were convinced that my project would benefit me more separately than we would try to do something together.
This situation take me time to think about all the moments of what happened because a person does not immediately realize what happened. Situations like this make me wonder if I did everything right in relation to my partner because sometimes the problem can be in me too. I do not exclude the fact that if we get along well, this does not mean that our work will go smoothly; however, I start to analyze the situation from my own point of view and then analyze the other person.
My inner circle reacts differently to these situations. Hot-tempered people in my environment know no boundaries in their expressions and actions when they release emotions. However, most people I know behave in a similar way to me, analyzing the situation in search of the root of the problem of what happened. In my opinion, this is the best solution to the problem.
As far as I can remember, my character has changed throughout my life since childhood. As a child, I was a hot-tempered and loud child who wanted to do everything as I liked. However, as I grew older, I came to the conclusion that the analysis of everything around me is critical in human behavior and the definition of me as a person. I remember that I began to change after my parents shamed me a lot for my antics. Now, I am pleased that my character has developed this way because I guess this is the best way of life in society, in the analysis of everything around.
Analyzing everything around me, I also came to the conclusion that sport is an integral part of human life. I believe that sport is an important part of a persons life, but not everyone has the opportunity to practice it. For many, this is something personal, like laziness or shyness. Many people do not go in for sports because they do not have time for it. As a student, it is not easy to fit a full-fledged regular sport into your schedule because pupils need to study constantly to succeed. I assign myself to this category of people who do not have time to go in for sports.
The driving force for introducing oneself to sports is a personal desire to try this aspect of a persons life. Many people say that sport changes a persons life fundamentally. I believe that this is so because most athletes look and feel much better than people outside of sports. Sport helps to keep yourself in shape, and when a person gets old, all their athletic achievements are clearly expressed in the old body. Sport is something that every person should have, it can be a team game sport, like basketball, or something solo in the form of gymnastics or swimming, but sport should be present in every persons life.
For many people, playing sports is hindered by a career or study, but this is all fixable if a person really has a desire. Currently, I am a student, and my studies take most of my time, but I concluded that I should learn time management. According to Ghiasvand et al. (2017), time management skills are essential for nursing students success, and the development of clinical competence (p. 3678). This is a teaching that miraculously helps to make several hours from one minute; in other words, it allows you to use time rationally and profitably for yourself. Once I have learned all the aspects of this management, I would try to apply it personally and sign up for the gym. My task is to learn how to combine study with sports, and in the future work with sports, because sports should surround a person all their life.
