Often, we cram the night before and try to fit everything in, but this is only sometimes the most effective way to study (Cohen &A, 2021). Second, eat a healthy breakfast on the test day so youre not hungry during the exam. Third, review the material youll be tested on beforehand, so youre familiar with it. Fourth, arrive to the test early, so youre not feeling rushed (Hsu et al, 2021). Finally, one should take some deep breaths and relax before the test begins so youre not feeling anxious.

These skills include being able to read and understand instructions, identify key words in questions, and organize information in a way that will help them answer questions correctly. In conclusion learning and practicing these skills, students will be better prepared to do well on tests and improve their grades.
