factors (PESTEL) framework to the Nation State (country) being analyzed:
1. Research at least one (1) article for each element of PESTEL relevant to the Nation State (Country), for a total of six (6) articles. Be sure to include the articles in the References/Bibliography.
2. Based on the PESTEL analysis, prepare a risk analysis report (2 – 3 pages double spaced) for the project with regard to this Nation State (country).determine the types of risk, their probability of occurrence and impact and prepare contingency/mitigation strategies.
3. In addition, prepare a logic model, PMF and risk register table for the IPM. Nation State (Country Specific) National Culture Issues: What are some of the key national cultural implications? What are the strategies to be adopted to ensure project success?
1. Using the six (6) National Cultural elements (in the reference doc provided, Saint Lucia) Power Distance, etc.), conduct research to determine where this Nation State (Country) is on each these six (6) elements. Be sure to include the articles in the References/Bibliography.
2. Based on the findings describe in general what the implications are for dealing with the attitudes and behaviours of stakeholders in these Nation States (Countries) to ensure project success. Each element must bedefined and applied specifically to the Nation State (Country). 3 pages
