Using Westlaw, bring up the citation 42 USC 12112 using the main search bar.
You are interested in locating cases regarding the statute of limitations provided in this section. Locate the Notes to Decisions. How many cases are listed and why are the Notes of Decisions useful?
You are interested in locating some secondary sources discussing the statute.  Does Westlaw provide references from the statute itself to any such sources?  If so, how did you locate those references, and what types of sources are included?
Using Lexis, bring up the same citation.
Shepard’s is the citator tool in Lexis that allows researchers to determine the current validity of the case, statute, or regulation they are researching (KeyCite is the similar tool in Westlaw).  Locate the Shepard’s menu box next to this section and select “Shepardize document.”  Describe the contents of the Shepard’s report, generally. Is the statutory section still valid?  How do you know?
Go to the free site Legal Information Institute (LII): https://www.law.cornell.edu/ . In addition to providing a free version of the United States Code, it also has a Popular Name Table. Locate the Popular Name Table tool on the LII and find the entry for the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. What was the Public Law number for the act? Where was it codified?
