I have provided those photos below. I didn’t do two days so for those you are more than welcome to just write chicken thighs and rice and then ground beef, eggs and rice. As for the breakfast portion, I wrote the breakfast on only one day but that is my everyday breakfast. So, make sure to apply that to everyday as well (it’s the one with the oatmeal and pepperonis etc)

After you complete recording your diet for the week, you will use the reports tab to access the information needed to fill out the tables on the Diet Project document (page 2). You can either download the word version (.docx) or the Diet Project document and type in your responses or print off the PDF (.pdf) document and handwrite your responses. The project must be turn in through canvas like other Assignments.
For the family portion you are more than welcome to choose any diseases and such. Just make sure they aren’t too outlandish and are normal.
