Complete a Biopsychosocial Assessment and Treatment Plan based on your case using the corresponding forms located on the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences Resources website in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling menu.
Include a case conceptualization with your biopsychosocial assessment and an explanation of the DSM-5-TR symptom checklist used in your diagnosis. Your assessment should be a minimum of 700 words.
Research common treatment goals for the chosen diagnosis before completing your Treatment Plan form. Your treatment plan should be a minimum of 350 words.

Cite at least 2 academic, peer-reviewed sources supporting your evidence-based treatment plan, in addition to DSM-5-TR.
