For this assignment, you will reflect on your epistemic beliefs related to learning and how these beliefs relate to your own study behaviors. After you review Chapters 12-13, address the following questions:
What are some of my epistemic beliefs related to learning? How do my learning-related behaviors demonstrate my beliefs?
Consider the components of self-regulated learning (p.382). Choose at least three areas that are relevant to your own learning. Discuss how these areas play a role in your learning process.
Discuss if/how your approach to learning has changed this semester based on what you have learned. Are there ways in which you would like to further grow and develop in your approach to learning?
