Consider the consistency, strength, and quality of the results. Recommendation for Change in Healthcare or Practice: Identify a best practice recommendation that is supported by your review of literature and clinical reasoning. Stakeholder Influence: Describe the stakeholders and how they contribute to or hinder addressing the healthcare or nursing practice problem. Be sure to include their resources, knowledge, and influence. Communication: Describe how the solution and plan for implementation should be communicated to stakeholders. Resources and Barriers: Describe resources for and barriers to implementation. Be sure to include strategies needed to overcome barriers. Timeline: Construct a timeline for implementation that includes benchmarks and a deadline. Be sure to include how the outcome will be evaluated. Dissemination Strategy: Explain the target professional audience (a professional organization is suggested) and a specific method for dissemination. Be sure to include why the method is appropriate and any related reporting guidelines or recommendations to support the method. Primary Peer-Reviewed Research Articles: Incorporate eight primary, peer-reviewed research articles to support claims. Make sure that they are current (within the last five years). What to Submit Submit your completed evidence-based recommendation paper. Your submission should be 3 to 5 pages in length and follow APA style standards. The title and a reference page are not included in the page count. Sources should be cited according to APA style.
