This is a research paper formatted as an interview, there must be a substantial amount of RESEARCH with the APA format for references included in your scholarly writing. Your research should be on a social justice issue, such as education and black male dropout rates, child welfare in immigration, police brutality of black women, inequality demonstrated in sports through black hair discrimination, etc. Utilize Chapter 4 for a foundational guideline that provides you with the structure of an interview guide; it informs you of the order, beginning, middle, and end. You are creating an Interview Guide-essentially a research paper formatted into an interview script that you construct in writing. You must demonstrate that you know and can use the techniques appropriately from Chapters (1-3) combined with techniques from a chapter of your choice from chapter 10 or 11. Your Interview Guide must be in execution of one of the chapters (10 or 11). This means that your interview must be a counseling or persuasive interview, mention your selection in your introductory paragraph along with what your interview is about. Write the interview guide using sections that consists of a question and a response (the interviewer and interviewee-this resembles a script for a play) along with a corresponding technique. Imagine an interview that you have to construct in writing and all of your interview questions and answers must be from research materials from published books and periodical journals. (You started this research in your annotated bibliography) You will have 10 sections from chapters 1, 2, & 3 combined. There are 12 sections in the table of content headline techniques identified when you add chapters 1, 2, and 3 together. To help you better understand the concept, for example, look at your table of contents in your textbook, in Chapter 1, the first headline is The Essential Characteristics of Interviews; in Chapter 3, the last headline is Common Question Pitfalls. Again, from each Headline Chapter Table of Contents section of chapters 1, 2, and 3, you should select ten techniques. You should have at least 10 areas identified from chapters 1, 2, & 3. You must have at least 5 techniques from your selected chapter of 10 or 11. You are at liberty to have up to 20 areas or techniques total; this includes areas from chapters 1, 2, 3, combined with chapter 10 or 11. No technique should be used more than once. When writing your sections, bullet each one (interviewer and interviewee) and attach the corresponding interview technique, chapter and page number your section demonstrates beneath each section by using italicized font. As always, utilize professional scholastic writing skills. (Example: Directive Approach, Chapter 2, page 13). You are free to select the subject of your interview, you must identify which interview (chapters 10 or 11) you are utilizing in a small introductory summary paragraph of your interview, and this is your opening identified in the interview guide structure in Chapter 4. Remember you should also have a conclusion with minimally 6 references at the conclusion in APA format.
