For this assignment, Students will present a case of a patient seen in practicum to discuss the history of the present illness, pertinent history, focused assessment, diagnosis, and plan of management. Please review the requirements for a billable note, including at least 7 qualifiers, a brief past medical and surgical history, and your plan of care. The video should be between two and three minutes long and should not exceed three minutes.
