This paper is talk about the deprecation and how can it effect the worker in their jobs. There are many jobs that can make you depression in some jobs the depression rate is higher than other jobs. Like personal care, food service, social workers, and healthcare. So, what makes those have the higher rate? the reasons that make those jobs have the higher rate are many. For example, a lot of personal work, if you take care of sick people at home or at work you are at higher risk for depression. Low paying jobs, if you work for long hours and you get a low salary that will make you less satisfy and depression. So, there is no lot of personal satisfaction for those workers. And they need to find out solutions to make them better.

Managers and supervisors have to recognize burnout symptoms so that they can help the employee and try to avoid the risk of Job burnout. They should take this problem is series way and not neglect the workers because in some way it will impact on their performance in the organization. So, what do we mean by job burnout? job burnout is a well-known and common phenomenon in many occupations and is the result of long-term job stress that wasn’t recognized and addressed before it spun out of control. It involves mental, passionate, or physical depletion, much of the time joined by a stunning feeling of sadness. some signs a worker might be experiencing job burnout, lost interest in their jobs, where they had absenteeism. In most cases, the worker has no idea he is facing job burnout and may not be aware of the negative impacts such as increased errors or lower productivity. Depression is behind burnout. Some research suggests that many people who experience symptoms of job burnout don’t believe their jobs are the main cause. Whatever the cause, job burnout can affect your physical and mental health.

To prevent this from happening, employees and superiors must try to overcome this psychological crisis. Employees should find more ways to get more pleasure at the work, by try to imagine feeling comfortable and calm at the workplace. Take classes, you can join meditation courses or groups in your area or try to learn something new. Take control of your time management through structure your workday the way you like it. If all these suggestions did not work look for something to do that include help other people because that will give you mining in your work.

Employers should bring in extra help if there are many works in some sector rather than heaping extra work on already stressed employees, think hiring people to do temporary work or part timers to deal with busy times or, move extra workers into a full sector temporarily.
