Unjustified patient expectations are one of the difficulties nurses confronted. Patients have very high expectations; however, nurses cannot always satisfy these demands due to budget and personnel constraints. This puts an enormous burden on nurses, who are often taking care of several patients. Hearing their patients are dissatisfied with their service quality may damage morale and cause a significant deal of negative stress. Moreover, it is challenging to live up to the expectations of all patients (Faan & Faan, 2019). Everyone wants to be given as much attention as possible, but it is complicated to do so due to a lack of staff. Therefore, it is necessary to distribute responsibilities correctly and set priorities when choosing urgent tasks.

Personal health is another difficulty for nurses. Working in the field of health is a difficult job and can create health problems connected to stress. Relaxation and time away from work are essential to the medical worker. Working as a nurse is physically demanding, as well as psychologically tiring. Many nurses have issues with their back and feet. However, the physically demanding work during 8- 12 hours shifts may make things easier and help nurses on their feet at any moment using specially made slippers. Healthcare workers are not always provided with medical shoes. It offers a resilient grip, comfy insoles, and great support when working in a hospital (Faan & Faan, 2019). Wet flooring can lead to severe injuries, for example. Since nurses are busy, it is easy to forget to check the floor, but using adequate footwear can prevent accidents. Therefore, nurses need to take care of their health and avoid stressful and dangerous situations. Nurses should never forget about their health while working in a medical facility.
